Strategic support for key HR KPIs
Introduced the communications strategy and event project plans to support the delivery of HR's diversity, equity & inclusion objectives, as well as recruitment targets.
Key projects included the 2021 Diversity & Inclusion Awards and International Women’s Day. Aside from planning and execution, scope covered securing project funding and coaching of client communications team on strategy, creative and messaging, as well as advising on the internal engagement strategy.
Additionally led key sustainability and STEM campaigns creating awareness for young talent programs in the communities across the region.

Led the Toyota media event at the the leading European autoshows which included managing the creative process from conceptualization of the product reveals to managing the media interviews with high profile executives from Japan and European head office.
Shaped PR events to fit product branding and PR launch strategy; incl. visit of 400+ journalists to the Toyota design centres in France and Japan; co-led off-road Hilux media photo-safari in South Africa.
